Clear choices. Optional analytics.

This policy explains what Prisma Panels handles when you browse the catalog, choose analytics, or contact us. Google Analytics remains off unless you accept it.

Information we handle

When you contact Prisma Panels by email or Instagram, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, requested artwork, reference images, and order questions.

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical records needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and security signals.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is off until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it helps us understand page visits, catalog searches, filter use, artwork interactions, and links used to contact us. We send page paths without search-query text to reduce the chance that user-entered information reaches analytics.

Analytics may process device and browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address, referral information, and identifiers stored in Google Analytics cookies. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalization, remarketing, or Google Ads storage through this site.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores essential local preferences for your light or dark theme and your analytics choice. These preferences do not track activity across other websites.

After analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visits. Google generally configures these cookies to last for up to two years, although browser settings, consent withdrawal, and Google configuration can shorten that period.

How and why we use information

We use contact information to answer inquiries, review custom-art requests, provide requested service information, and maintain necessary business records. We use essential technical information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

We process optional analytics only with your consent. You may reject analytics without losing access to the catalog or contact options, and you may withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers to host, secure, and deliver the site. If you accept analytics, Google processes analytics information under its own privacy and data-protection terms. Email and Instagram inquiries are also subject to the policies of the service you choose to use.

These providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, they use contractual or other safeguards for international data transfers.

Retention and sharing

We retain inquiry and business information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, keep required records, resolve disputes, and protect the business. Google Analytics event retention follows the settings in our Analytics property and Google’s applicable terms.

Prisma Panels does not sell personal information. We do not use information collected through this site for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We disclose information to service providers only for the purposes described here, or when required to protect rights or comply with law.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to appeal a response. Contact [email protected]. We may need to verify a request before completing it.

To withdraw analytics consent, open Cookie settings and select “Reject non-essential.” The site will remove accessible Google Analytics cookies and reload without the Analytics script. You can also clear site data through your browser.

Updates and contact

This policy may be updated as the site or its services change. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
